As a new parent, finding time to exercise has been a challenge. Add a recent knee injury to the mix, and maintaining fitness becomes even trickier. However, with the help of ChatGPT, I've managed to create a personalized 8-week calisthenics workout plan that fits my busy schedule and accommodates my knee recovery.

The Parenting and Recovery Balancing Act:

With our baby's arrival, my time is mostly consumed by parental duties. Meanwhile, my knee soreness from half marathon training has made it crucial to find a workout plan that doesn't worsen the injury. Calisthenics seemed ideal, but I needed a tailored plan that considered my time constraints and physical limitations.

I decided to utilize ChatGPT for designing a workout plan. I provided my height, weight, fitness goals, time limitations, and knee concerns, and ChatGPT generated an 8-week calisthenics plan for me. The plan consists of 20-minute sessions five days a week, incorporating a mix of upper body, lower body, full body, and mobility/stretching routines.
