Why I write

When I was young, my fear of death was mostly based on anxiety and the potential pain of dying.
When my kids were born, my perspective shifted. I now see death not as an end, but as a way to preserve a part of me that my children can always carry with them.
When I think of death, my heart aches at the thought of my children growing up without their father by their side. I imagine them missing out on all the little moments, like going to a game together or hearing my bedtime stories. But with my writing, I hope to overcome this fear and ensure that a piece of me will always be with them.
This blog is more than just a collection of my thoughts and experiences, it is a legacy that I hope to leave for my children. It is a diary filled with lessons, stories, and memories that I hope will inspire them, comfort them, and bring a smile to their faces even when I am no longer here.
So, I write not just for myself, but for them. I write to preserve a part of me that will always be with them, even when I am gone. And in 30 years, when they read these words, I hope they will feel the love and the passion that I put into each and every word.
