Speaking

Talks about AI inside real companies, for conferences, boards and teams. From someone who puts it to work every day.

01

Humans + AI

Who will run the next decade of business

It starts as a fight, humans versus AI, and ends somewhere else: humans plus AI. Three predictions for 2030 and one certainty, with data on demographics, pensions and adoption in Mexico. No jargon. Told by someone who has sold technology for ten years and watched his own job change in twelve months.

What the audience takes home
  • A clear map of what changes, and what doesn’t, in their industry over the next five years.
  • Why no AI can copy a company’s own context: its data and its processes.
  • Three decisions to get started: what to delegate, what to protect and who to invest in.
Format
Keynote, 20 to 45 minutes. Spanish or English. With a pre-recorded demo.
For
Business forums, industry conventions, banking and fintech, boards and leadership teams.
Status
Given at Foro Copayment Monterrey 2026.

The fourth step

Your people already use AI. Now help them use it well

Almost nobody uses AI well, and the heaviest users are often the most afraid. This talk turns that fear into a personal plan with four steps: use, invest, delegate and lead. Everyone leaves knowing which step they are on and what they will do that same week to climb one, at work, with money, with family and for themselves.

What the audience takes home
  • One real task, the one they hate most, with a path to automate it that same week.
  • Permission and a method to use AI in their own life: bank statements, retirement savings, the kids’ homework, English.
  • A live look at an agent finishing in minutes a job that takes days.
Format
Talk, 45 to 60 minutes plus Q&A. In person or online. Optional 2 to 3 hour workshop afterwards.
For
Employees and middle managers at mid-size and large companies. All-hands, annual conventions, kickoffs.
Status
Built from what we learned in the 2026 workshops.

Let it work while you’re away

The difference between using AI and having AI work for you

The session teaches how to delegate: the minimum vocabulary, ten words instead of a hundred, and the analogy that actually lands, a new hire who has read the whole library and knows nothing about your company. Everyone leaves with a scheduled task already running.

What the audience takes home
  • The ten words you need to follow any meeting about AI.
  • A second brain set up on their own computer, with their own context.
  • Judgment for sensitive work: what stays local, what never leaves and what always gets reviewed.
Format
Talk with demo, 60 to 90 minutes. Groups of 10 to 30. Great for breakfasts.
For
Business owners, CEOs, CEO peer groups and family councils.
Status
Tested with executive groups in Monterrey.

From selling hours to selling results

What AI does to the business model of a services firm

Every services company in Mexico is about to face the same shift: clients stop paying for hours and start paying for results. Fresh LATAM is living it from the inside. What we learned, what hurt and what I would do differently.

What the audience takes home
  • What a professional service looks like when AI does most of the repetitive work.
  • What to keep (judgment, relationships and accountability) and what to let go.
  • A 12-month transition plan that doesn’t break the cash flow.
Format
Talk or fireside chat, 20 to 40 minutes. Spanish or English.
For
Services firms, agencies, law and accounting firms, consultancies, IT companies and tech associations.
Status
In development.
